At Hollow Socks, we want your feet to stay comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks must remain in their sealed bands to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed, unworn socks back into their original packaging and securely seal them in a shipping mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
